Complex, fresh and very nice.

What I tasted

A ripe, melon-like sweetness with nutty flavours and freshness. The combination of texture and freshness made this far more exciting than I expected from a traditional, unoaked Chablis.

Verdict

91/100*. A clear buy-again wine and an important discovery: I enjoy white wine when it combines ripe fruit, texture and a savoury nutty layer with freshness.
